Shipping policy
Order processing time:
The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. This involves the securing of stocks, in some cases, and the checking of product quality. For large volume orders, please expect a longer processing time.
Shipping time:
The amount of time it takes to receive your order after your order has shipped. Shipping times can vary depending on your location and shipping methods.
Normal processing time: 1-5 business days
Standard shipping: 7-15 business days
Express shipping: 5-7 business days
Multiple Shipments:
If necessary, your wholesale order will be split into several shipments to be fulfilled as soon as possible. We will send a notification email or message to you when each parcel is dispatched.
Stock Availability:
Due to the fact that inventory is constantly changing, there is no guarantee that items will be in stock after checkout. If any item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will then need to let us know within 2 days if you would like to cancel the out-of-stock item or replace it with the same item in a size that is in stock.
Note: If we do not receive your request to replace the size within 48 hours, we will automatically cancel the out-of-stock item so that we can process the rest of your order as quickly as possible
Back Orders:
We are not responsible for estimated back-order dates posted on the website. This is an estimated date and we cannot guarantee or control the stock coming in. If an item is unavailable it will be removed from the order and you will be notified via email or phone. We generally will ship the available items.
Note: Annual Chinese Public Holidays: Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (1st May every year), Chinese National Day (1st October every year). Please note that all delivery times will be affected during these times of the year as the service from all our suppliers and logistics operators will be disrupted. There is often a delay of 3-4 days and sometimes even longer. We sincerely apologize for any delays caused during these periods and kindly ask our customers to be patient.
