Order Acceptance

Your receipt of electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. PatPat Wholesale reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Returns/Exchanges:

ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. For any defective item in the order, please check below.

Returned/Lost Mail:

If a package is returned because the address provided to us was not correct, we are not responsible for re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address; applicable shipping & handling charges will need to be re-paid before we can send the package again. If a package is lost because the buyer did not provide a correct shipping address and was not able to be reached out for re-delivery or pick up, we are not responsible for the loss of goods. 

Unauthorized Return:

We try our best to help you avoid import duties and taxes, but we are not responsible for paying them. If the buyer refuses to pay the taxes charged by the buyer's country, we do not accept the return nor be responsible for the loss of the goods, and no refund request will be accepted. We are not responsible for delayed orders held by the customs in the buyer's country. If you do encounter this issue, please contact us as soon as possible to help release the goods from the customs.

Lost/Damaged by the Carrier:

We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been delivered within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (6 weeks for international orders), please contact us & we will provide directions on how to file a claim with the carrier.

Damaged Items/Order Errors:

Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged or defective item. Also, since the human error does exist objectively, there might be some errors occurring in your order. It is important to open and inspect your items as soon as you receive them.

The request and notice of suspected defects must be given within 5 days upon the original delivery date. Suspected products need to be examined by Manufacturer Support Staff in order to authorize an exchange or repair. For the quickest solution on a visually defective item, send its image to business@patpat.com

Please provide order# and a brief explanation in your email.

Cancellation:

A minimum fee of 5% (of total order value) will be charged on all paid orders canceled with PatPat Wholesale. This could increase up to 25% depending on the status of the order and whether the goods have to be returned to the manufacturer. Also please note additional delivery charges may be incurred for goods to be collected and returned to PatPat Wholesale.
