1. Register account

Every new wholesaler needs to sign up first on the website: Create Account. It is very simple and only takes 1-2 mins to finish. There are only two things that you may need to pay more attention to, the first is to put in a correct country code before your number in 'Phone Number' (for example US/Canada +1, Mexico +52, UK +44, etc.); the second is to submit your EIN/ABN/VAT/ITN if you have it. Note: each business entity or person can ONLY create one wholesale account.

2. Price & discounts

After logging into the website, you can start browsing the product catalog. We offer our customers competitive wholesale prices. For example, a baby outfit priced at $12.99 may have a wholesale price of only $7.69 on the website. If that product is later temporarily discounted to $5.99 during a promotion on PatPat.com, its wholesale price will still be $7.69. Wholesale prices do not fluctuate in the short term.

3. Review cart

It is a good idea to review your cart before check out. Each wholesale purchase requires a minimum of US$250. You don't want to make another order of over $200 just for something that you forgot to add to the shopping cart. Based on your geographic information, prices on product detail pages and the shopping cart page are displayed in the local currency, they will be converted to USD at the most current exchange rate when you go on to check out.

4. Check out

Information

Filling in a correct and deliverable shipping address is the most important thing when you place a wholesale order. Applicable shipping & handling fees may be charged for any address change after placing the order. Based on your order total, you have a corresponding discount code applicable. Please note that you can use only one discount code in one order. However, gift card codes can be used together with an applied discount.

Shipping

After clicking 'Continue to shipping', you will see there are one or two shipping methods provided: Standard or Express. For Standard shipping to countries in North America, Europe, East Asia, it usually takes 7-14 business days to deliver. Express shipping is much faster than Standard, although you need to pay duties and taxes. Let's say, you reside in an EU member country, then the local customs would contact you for import clearance when the goods arrive at them. If you need it for your order, you MUST select Express shipping instead of Standard.

The shipping charge is based on the order value, country, and the shipping method. For the exact rate of your country, you may try checking out the shopping cart. Note: if you are unable to see any shipping method, either we are still not able to ship wholesale orders to your country or your order total does not meet up the minimum wholesale order value.

Payment

Now, we are almost there. There are two payment options available on the website currently: PayPal or Bank Transfer. For PayPal, after clicking “Complete order”, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase securely. For Bank Transfer, you can do either a wire transfer or a bank deposit.
